We are confident that your investment in your employees through the use of our services will be highly beneficial.

Our experience has been that you will realize a clear return on the investment from our employee workshops and leadership development programs. Our focus is on workplace application rather than on the theories of leadership.

One of our core values with Peregrine Leadership is quality customer service. We firmly believe that all our workshops and training sessions must be relevant, meaningful, and applicable to you and your organization. We customize all training sessions and employee development workshops based on your specific needs and organizational goals. We will incorporate your mission, vision, and values into the various training sessions. We can assist you with creating synergistic messages to ensure unit of effort with all participants. We focus on workplace application of the principles discussed during our workshops.

Our client contracts are all non-binding, meaning that if you feel that we have not delivered as expected or otherwise failed in our responsibilities, you are not obligated to pay for the service nor continue with future scheduled sessions. We extend this commitment based on several years of success with more than 150 different clients including government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private businesses. Our commitment to you is that we will deliver as expected and if not, you are not under any obligation to neither continue with our services nor pay for services performed that were not to your expectations.

We do not make this commitment casually, but rather knowing the risks both of us take when engaging on a path of leadership development. We value your time and know that we must fulfill our end of the agreement with the highest quality of instruction and consulting services.
