Deborah has over 25 years of experience at several organizational levels of business, from first-line employee to senior leader. She has worked in the public sector, private sector, and with non-profit organizations.
Her background covers a wide spectrum of disciplines including benefits design and administration, compensation administration, succession planning, leadership development, EEO and Affirmative Action plan development, organizational development, individual development, conflict resolution, change management, handbook design, recruiting and retention, internal investigations and safety. Deborah has been a leader and taught leadership for more than 10 years.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming. She is a graduate of the CDR Associates as a Mediator and holds the SHRM designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
