The Institute offers a variety of training sessions, corporate packages, accredited courses, and programs throughout the year. Participants include individuals seeking self-improvement and businesses looking to create the leadership edge for their employees. For larger groups, the Institute will readily shape our programs to meet your specific requirements.
Our corporate service is a complete package for leadership training and employee development. The program begins with an assessment of employees to measure communications, values, leadership issues, and other areas of interest identified by the client. We do not use "off the shelf" surveys, which, as you know, are usually ineffective at providing senior management with useable information. Instead, we create custom-designed instruments that specifically target your areas of concern and will give you meaningful and actionable results. The initial assessment is conducted during the first 2 months of the program.
Next, we use the assessment results to develop a complete leadership training program by working with you on measures that address specific shortcomings and improve the overall effectiveness and skill of your management team. Our comprehensive training program includes new hire orientation, selecting new leaders, non-supervisory employees, first-line supervisors, coordinators, managers, and executives, leader instruction, junior leader development, operational manager refinement, and strategic leader mentorship. The leadership training programs are conducted based on client needs. Not only do we conduct the training, but we also will help you train your trainers so that they are better equipped to sustain effective-based training into the future. Our programs are shaped specifically to meet your needs and requirements.
Finally, we will conduct a reassessment of your company in order to directly measure the success of our services and their impact on your organization. If the results from the reassessment and the impact our program has on your company's financial performance are not realized, we will not accept full payment for our services. We know that we will produce a high rate of return on your leadership investment and will accept nothing less than complete client satisfaction. The reassessment is conducted towards the end of the leadership training program.

The Institute also has several other services including meeting your degree needs, helping to identify new leaders, and honing your decision-making and strategic planning skills.
