THE premier leadership and employee development center of Wyoming

The following workforce development courses are offered by Gillette College and Peregrine Leadership Institute and are available for college credit. The courses are designed for employees of any size business, company, or agency. Program format encourages participation, is very interactive, and will provide you with the critical skills you need for success in your current position or advancement into your next position. Courses require application in the workplace, reflection/assessment, and accountability with the participant's employer.

Enrollment for these courses is through the Gillette College Admissions Office located at 300 West Sinclair. All participants will receive completion certificates for the course. Participants can also receive college credit for the course, which can be applied towards a certificate in leadership and their degree program.

The mission of the Gillette College-Peregrine Leadership Institute Partnership Initiative is to develop, implement, and grow a comprehensive program for business management, organizational leadership, and workforce development that is of the highest quality, accredited, and meets the current and emerging needs of the private and public sectors of the community.
