The Peregrine Leadership Institute offers leadership certification based on the following minimum curriculum:

- Supervisor Orientation (24 Hours)
- Supervisor Skills (16 Hours)
Level II Certification
- Leading Change (8 hours)
- Managing for Productivit (16 Hours)
Level III Certification
- Quality Management (8 hours)
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making (8 hours)
The purpose of the leadership certification program is to develop consistency in leadership development across an organization and within an industry. Leadership certification allows supervisors, coordinators, and managers, to have a common frame of reference and skill-set for performing their day-to-day leadership requirements.
