Our Symbol
The Peregrine Falcon is the premier champion of the skies and the fastest animal in the world. Its adaptable hunting strategy, keen eyesight, and superior natural skills make the Peregrine Falcon a most appropriate choice to symbolize our company.
The Peregrine was threatened with extinction in the late 1960's. Once the threat was eliminated, the Peregrine Falcon recovered to the level where today, the species is no longer considered endangered.
We believe that like the Peregrine Falcon, leadership competency is also threatened unless we take direct measures to improve leadership skills, abilities and effectiveness.
