Robin has over 30 years of leadership experience in the private sector in all organizational levels from first-line employee to senior manager. She has worked extensively in the mining industry and has consulted to the mining and gas industries.
Robin has broad experience in training, developing, and leading multi-functional work teams and continuous improvement initiatives. Robin has been involved in many aspects of the coal mining industry; from environmental compliance to engineering supervisor and business process improvement manager.
For several years she led the continuous improvement program for several Western coal mines, which included initiatives related to process management, leadership development, team building and teamwork, cost control, and quality assurance. She also worked as an environmental consultant for the State of Wyoming Air Quality Division and led a team to develop an air quality baseline for NE Wyoming.
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and is a registered Professional Geologist in the State of Wyoming. She is a graduate of a variety of leadership development programs including Zenger Miller Front Line Leadership Training, Manager Development Leadership Training, Competency Based Interviewing Training, and Development Dimensions International Facilitator Training.
